Two FOR Two . . . Barely!

There’s a difference between 2 and 2, (Grigor) and 2 for 2.

Tsitsipas and Anderson are through. If you want to see where the Greek turned it around, watch the ninth game of the second set: Zverev is serving for THE MATCH, 5-3. That’s where Stef finally started to put some zip on the ball, play some meaningful tennis.

According to the “experts,” Sascha wasn’t letting Tsitsipas find his more aggressive (forward) positioning in the first set, wasn’t giving him the time he needs to hit those ground strokes the way he likes. Bullshit. I can smell disconnect like a rot in the wall.

The body language and the desire returned in that ninth game of the 2nd set. Certainly tight in the TB, but the Greek found the fruit, so his people can eat!

More later. I’m off to get my dog’s stitches removed!

I have seen this differently. Stef needed time to switch his game from playing downhill (8 cm vs. Thiem) to playing uphill (5 cm to Zverev). He managed to do this last minute.
Zverev is no more a big think this year as he was last year. Making easy errors, failing on big points, not serving well. I don’t see him winning something big this year.
Well, in any case Stef have shown all his qualities after he adapter to play Zverev: courage, aggression, focus, good tactics (penetrating groundstrokes with topspin to Zverev’s feet, using every opportunity to go to the net). But this was aggression under good control. Nice he won.

    1. A great win. Here’s the problem with that theory — that it took him a while to adjust. He sure figured it out at the last minute!

Facing Zverev 3-5, Sascha serving for the match and THAT’S when he solved the puzzle? He was finally playing for his spot in the tournament.

A completely different temperament compared to the Djokovic match. Odd.

Hi Matt, accidentally I’m big dog lover. What’s wrong with your dog? If this was a wound or some surgery, do you know, homeopathic Arnica montana can help both humans and dogs? You take 5 pellets of Arnica montana 200 CH (Boiron, other producers have different potency formulas), let it dissolve in some drops of water and give him/her directly on the tongue. Even if this not helps your dog, no possibility of anything going wrong, some interactions with classic drugs or so. Homeopathic drugs (not really drugs) cannot do any damage. They have an influence on the body only if they are just correct for the case. If not, they work like distilled water and a little bit of glucose. I use this for me and my dogs since years in case of any injury, before and after surgery (which is of course an injury/trauma too).

    Hi Matt,
If you like, here you find some dog stories on my blog http://prf-mypassions-tennisandmore.com/mondo-cane/.
I’m using different homeopathic drugs with my dogs with big effects (they never heard about placebo ;)), first of all Arnica montana (potency 9 CH for smaller injuries, but you miust give it many times a day and start so soon as possible or 200 CH for surgery, bigger injuries) and Nux vomica Hommacord (drops) for any kind of minor digestion disorders. Arnica should help during recovery from injury (whatever it was).
